This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on

My Quran Official (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”), and

(hereinafter referred to as the “Student/Parent”).

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
The Academy agrees to provide online Quran education services, including but not limited to:
- Quran Reading (Nazra) with Tajweed
- Quran Memorization (Hifz)
- Noorani Qaida for beginners
- Basic Islamic Studies and Daily Duas
Classes will be conducted online through video/audio platforms by qualified teachers.
2. Enrollment & Payment Terms
The Student/Parent agrees to pay the monthly fee in advance before the start of scheduled classes.
Classes will only be scheduled after confirmation of payment.
All payments must be made through approved methods provided by the Academy.
Late payments may result in class suspension or rescheduling.
3. Class Scheduling
Class days and timings will be mutually agreed upon during enrollment.
The Academy offers flexible scheduling based on availability.
4. Attendance & Missed Classes
If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will be considered completed.
Makeup classes may be offered only if prior notice is given.
Teachers will wait for 10–15 minutes; after that, the class may be marked absent.
5. Refund Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by the Academy.
If the Academy fails to provide classes as agreed, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
6. Free Trial (If Applicable)
The Academy may offer a free trial class before enrollment.
Continued classes require full payment after the trial.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes.
Any misuse, inappropriate conduct, or repeated absence may result in termination of services.
8. Agreement Term
This Agreement will remain valid on a monthly basis unless canceled by either party.
The Academy reserves the right to update terms with prior notice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
10. Entire Agreement
This document represents the complete agreement between both parties and replaces any previous discussions or understandings.
11. Acceptance & Signature
By enrolling in My Quran Official, the Student/Parent agrees to all the terms mentioned above.
